At Gloria’s Jugs, we want you to love your earrings as much as we loved making them. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

CAN I RETURN MY EARRINGS?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This is to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our products for all customers.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your earrings arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re really sorry! Please contact us by using our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your issue is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You’ll be notified by email when it’s complete.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by using our Contact Form. After that, your order may already be in production or dispatched.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 working days (UK) or 28 working days (international), please contact us and we’ll investigate it for you.
